How do I exchange and return a product?

You can return items you order online within 30 days of receipt. Follow these steps:

Return products by post
Please follow these steps.

Contact customer service
Inform the customer service department of the product details and the reason for wanting to return the product.
Print product return request form which the customer service department will send via email after being notified of the product return request.
Place the form in the return shipping box and seal it.
Contact the nearest post office to return the item.
Please keep the tracking number on the parcel issued by the post office for your records.

Return products to DHL pickup location:
Please follow these steps.

Contact customer service
Inform the customer service department of the product details and the reason for wanting to return the product.
Print the product return request form / and print the box cover. which the customer service department will send via email after being notified of the product return request.
Put the form in the return shipping box. Then close the box properly and paste the box cover sheet received from customer service in place of the original cover sheet.

Note :Customers should use the packaging provided by Adidas. to return / if it is an envelope, other envelopes can be used
Boxes/outer packaging must be in perfect condition only.
The original cover should be removed. To prevent confusion

       1. Customers can drop off the products they wish to return at DHL counters and drop-off points. See additional information for drop-off points.
       2. When returning the product to the product pickup point. The employee will ask for the customer’s mobile phone number. For use in shipping product tracking
       3. Customers can track products from Tracking sent via SMS or track product status at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/
​       4. There is no charge for returning products to DHL return locations.
       5. Please keep the SMS as evidence for returning the product.

Returning products to the store (free)

If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it. Products can be returned to the branch listed below within 30 days after receiving the product. Our staff will help facilitate your return.

Please bring proof of your purchase, such as a shipping confirmation email. We only accept returns subject to our Return Policy.

Please note that we will only process refunds through the payment provider you used to place the order. We are therefore unable to refund cash at the store. If you are returning an item from a cash on delivery order. Our store is only authorized to process and accept returned items. Customer service will contact you with a form detailing the information required to transfer the refund to your bank account.

You will receive an email as proof of return. Please keep it as evidence for later confirmation.
