How can I track my order or delivery status?

1.   You can find your shipping tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. You can check at the kerry tracking website at http://th.kerryexpress.com/th/track . By entering the order number, for example CCOOE00000000XXXX or CCOOT0000000XXX  

2.   Or log in to your account. Then enter the number you received into the shipping tracking box. To check the delivery status

3.   You can check the status or track your order after the product has started shipping.

Explanation

      – When your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online.
      – You can then instantly track your order via our online tracking system.
There may be delays in updating your order status on the website.
However, Carriers usually update information within 1 business day. Tracking information is available as soon as you receive this email.
     – We would like to inform you that you will not be able to track your order until the carrier updates the system with your information.
